Archer & Partners is owned by two respected local business partners, Graeme Archer, ANAEA and David Shelton. Together they have over twenty-five years experience in the estate agency profession, gaining much local knowledge.

Archer & Partners opened in October 2001, and deals exclusively with Polegate, Wannock, Willingdon, Stone Cross and surrounding areas including Ratton, Hampden Park and local villages. Archer & Partners is completely independent, specialising in the sale of residential properties.

Our office is equipped with the latest in computer software providing us with a detailed database for mailing and the production of a variety of coloured sales particulars. Graeme F Archer, ANAEA

Graeme lives locally and has been an Estate Agent since 1987 having joined a well known Eastbourne agent. When they were taken over by a large corporate agent in 1988, he took over the management of the busy Polegate office which he successfully ran until 2001. His extensive knowledge of the area and the many people he has dealt with, many of whom still keep in contact, has helped Archer & Partners become a leading force in estate agency locally.

David J H Shelton

David has worked in the estate agency profession since 1990. After leaving college David worked with a corporate estate agent for eleven years within the Eastbourne and Hailsham district. For four of those years David worked with Graeme in Polgate. Naturally David has experience and knowledge of the Polegate area as well as surrounding countryside villages. David has also become a member of the National Association of Estate Agents passing The Techinical Award.
